Documented Layout

YAY!!!

Caught up!

Well, pretty much. My Close To My Heart scrapbook group just made this layout last month and we haven't met yet this month... so I'm counting it!

Here was August's layout:

We used the Documented Workshop for this one. It's just PRETTY! That's all I really need to say!

The workshop came with flower stickers, wooden title words, kraft flowers, and colored dots! Definitely no need to add anything else!

I didn't shy away from the girly-ness on this one! One last flower fling before the holidays!

Maybe it will finally cool off...

Go craft!

Chelsea Gardens Layout

Ok everyone!

This is the PRETTIEST layout I have made in a long time!!!

Got back to basics with flowers, flourishes, stamping, and sparkles! Why don't I stamp more often?!? I *think* I have enough stamps to justify it...

We used the gorgeous Chelsea Gardens Workshop for this layout:

The colors, the marble, the polka dots... seriously LOVE this paper!

I rolled the outside edges of my stamp in a darker ink to give my flowers some shading:

THESE FLOWERS ARE SO PRETTY!!!

Really though. I should stamp more often...

February Layouts

Well!

It's about time, right?!

Pretty sure when they took out my teenager's tumor they took out my creativity along with it... at least for a couple of months... ;)

But I'm BAAAAAACK!!!

Here is layout #1 my Close To My Heart scrapbooking group made this month:

We used the Hello Lovely Workshop with the paper packet, matching stickers, bling, and ribbon.

I LOVE the flower stamps that match this workshop:

Here is layout #2:

We used the Sweet Treats Workshop with the paper packet, matching stickers, bling, and 3 kinds of washi tape.

I needed a doughnut so bad making these pages:

I really appreciate the workshops Close To My Heart is offering lately!!! All the paper and embellishment matching is done for you! Just order and create!

KL October Scraplift Challenge

Kiwi Lane is starting something a little different for their bi-monthly challenges... scraplifting!!!

Can I just say I LOVE scraplifting?! Someone else already did all the creative work and you just get to build on their tried and true ideas!!! Big fan!

Our first scraplift challenge is a card from the second Kiwi Lane Idea Book on page 146.

Here is my take on it:

I didn't change much, did I? Sometimes you just don't mess with the cuteness...

Although I did add a bit of sparkle to my edges:

And of course dimension to my flower:

You have plenty of time, so check out Kiwi Lane's blog HERE and scraplift your own!

July Layouts

2 double months in a row!

My Close To My Heart scrapbooking group might be getting frustrated with me...

Layout #1:

We used the Magical Paper Packet, the Magical Sequins, and some ancient long-retired chipboard stars colored to match with alcohol markers.

I love the title:

I got the idea from a Jamberry wrap I wore for the 4th of July!

Hooray for circle cutters:

Layout #2:

We used the Florence Paper Packet, the Florence Compliments, the Florence Sequins, and the Rose Gold Foil Tape.

A perfect title just happened to come on the sticker sheet:

SO convenient!

I love any flourish stamp, and this one is no exception:

This layout did not want to photograph... everything is much brighter and rose-gold shiny:

Sorry it took so long to post Valerie and George!

Happy scrappin'!

June Layouts

Yep! LayoutS again! Close To My Heart had a really cute special paper packet only available for May, so of course we had to work it in!!!

Here is layout #1:

See why we had to work this paper in?! So pretty!

We are using the Happy Times Paper Packet, Gold Foil Tape, Gold Sequins, and Flamingo Enamel Dots.

LOVE the flowers in the matching stamp set:

And the paper is so shiny:

Here is layout #2:

A good man page for Father's Day or teenage boys!

We are using the Urban Paper Packet, Silver Foil Tape, and Triangle Durables Studs.

I dusted off my Cricut for this one:

Also shiny, but in a MANLY way:

Let me know if you'd like to join us!

MWM Orchid #5

I figured it's summer, maybe I can start doing these again...?

Right?!

Here is Scrapbook Steals' Mid Week Mojo Sketch Orchid #5:

And here is my 2-page version:

Honestly! When do I EVER have ONE photo of ANYTHING?! It's gotta be a double-pager...

This pretty paper is sooo shiny:

I'm awfully proud of my stamped flowers, too:

I'm trying to use my stamps more since I have a bazillion...
