Calm down, it's just me and my husband! We're fair game...

I really wanted to get my point across in this layout, so I made my title LONG and HUGE:

One of the many times having a gigantic Thicker stash is helpful!

I can't write straight. I just can't. So this is how I make journaling lines when I'm too lazy to stamp:

Having the arrow point to my journaling also helps draw attention to the story... and my awful handwriting...

I just discovered that what I thought was a camera template:

is actually a suitcase template! Who knew?! I'm just going to keep using it as a camera. Kiwi Lane won't mind!

The kids are in school now, so you have no excuse not to enter!

KL Card Sketch #8

Ummm... oops!

Where did August go?!

So this challenge is LONG GONE, but here is a cute card sketch from Kiwi Lane earlier this month:

I needed some flatter cards I could actually MAIL without going to the post office, waiting forever in line, and paying a dollar each for each card since they had to be sorted by an actual human being...

I think they turned out pretty good!

Layout for August

Here is the layout my scrapbook group is making in August:

We are using the Confetti Paper Packet, the matching Confetti Compliments Stickers, the Purple Shimmer Trim, and the Purple Glitter Gems.

I know, I know, I don't like stickers...

But these ones are cute! And they make a cake:

 The purple sparkles and shimmer trim match and make things nice and sparkly:

It's difficult to photograph...
