Anyway...

I LOVE being the sample lady!!! It seems to be the only way I can scrapbook lately.. I HAVE to ;)

I also LOVE every single Kiwi Lane flower:

The flowers were what sucked me in 2 years ago! I used every layer of the Wildflower templates and a snowflake punch for the centers.

I hand-stitched around my Clara Lane template strips and around all my Tags. Yes, it takes some time. Yes, it's worth it! 

I broke some of my "rules" on this layout:

I backed pictures with patterned paper AND stamped directly on my layout! I think I've finally realized I have *plenty* of paper and it's ok to use it... sometimes... we'll see if I can be brave/smart enough to do it again...

I decided to participate in Scrapbook Steals Mid-Week-Mojo sketch contest again!

Only of course I turned it into a 2-pager:

The title is my favorite:

You can't tell, but these Thickers are white twill fabric! Perfect for a baby-themed page from a *few* years ago...

Hopefully I can do at least a couple more from the Tulip series!

KL Card Sketch #5

This sketch was great! I really didn't need to alter it at ALL!!!

I added some punched holes around my flower to complement the punched border:

and a bit of white paper... but other than that, I just copied the sketch!

I used my trusty thin foam squares to add a bit of dimension between layers:

 And ta-da! DONE!

May Layout

Here is the layout my Close To My Heart Scrapbooking group will be making in May:

We are using the Blossom Paper Packet, the Coral Reef Sequins, and the Lagoon Heart Washi Tape.

I figured there were so many titles that would fit this page that I would just leave a nice blank spot at the top for everyone to fill in:

We are using the Washi Tape around the sides and on the lolly pop flowers:

Remember lollypop flowers?

I still like them!
